Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that sole petitioner Bharo Bind @ Bhairo Bind has died on 11.07.2022 in judicial custody.

This Court by an order dated 20.07.2022 had called for a report from the Superintendent (Jail), Bhojpur at Ara regarding present status of the petitioner and in pursuance thereof, the report of Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Beur, Patna, dated 30.07.2022, is on record and from perusal of the same, it appears that the Superintendent, Central Jail, Beur, Patna, has confirmed the death of the petitioner in custody.

In view of the aforesaid, this application is
