The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kawakole P.S. Case No. 19/2008, registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 337, 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The anticipatory bail petition is filed after seven years of institution of this case. On this ground alone, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
