The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No.279 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is specific allegation in the written report against Akhilesh Sah of causing fire arm injury to informant. The petitioner is alleged to be driving the motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 08.08.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
