1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents for payment of salary for the period of suspension from 26/2/17 to 30.11.23(24.8.21), according to Rule 97(2) of Bihar Service Code and for payment of salary to January-2014 to February-2014. October2014 to February 2015 and for grant of ACP/MACP to the petitioner and for grant of all consequential benefits."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.5648 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Gopalganj, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the District Magistratecum-Collector, Gopalganj, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
