Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking note of nature of allegation as well as his criminal antecedent but petitioner is in jail custody since 01.09.2015 and up till now, only charge could be framed against him. The report of trial court goes to show that the prosecution failed to examine even a single witness till the date of report.
