This is an application for compromise under OrderXXIII, Rule-1 of the C.P.C. in which prayer has been made to dispose of this appeal in terms of compromise as indicated in paragraph-4 of the application. Along with the compromise petition affidavits of the parties have also been filed. The compromise petition is in order.
Accordingly, the compromise petition is hereby accepted and this appeal is disposed of in terms of the
Patna High Court FA No.57 of 2013 (11) dt.07-09-2016 2/2 compromise. The compromise petition will be formed as part of the decree.
In the result, I.A. No. 1591 of 2016 is hereby allowed and this appeal stands disposed of accordingly in terms of the compromise.
