The petitioner seeks bail in Chewara P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) and 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that 15 litres of country made liquor kept in three plastic jar and some utensils for preparing liquor has been recovered from house of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20122 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura, in connection with Chewara P.S.
