The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No.73 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon an order dated 20.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21865 of 2020 by a coordinate Bench of this Court by which similarly situated coaccused Krishnadeo Prasad Verma @ Krishna Nandan Verma has been granted anticipatory bail.

In view of the order dated 20.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21865 of 2020, this application for anticipatory bail is also allowed.

Case No.73 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
