Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Case No. 13C2 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) & 38 of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
