The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 293 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 323/ 354 (A)/354 (B)/ 504/ 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf the petitioner submits that after completion of the investigation police has submitted final form and thereafter learned C.J.M. has taken cognizance.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75544 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial, Magistrate, Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 293 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
