The writ petition has been filed for:- "Commanding the respondents authorities concerned to pay the compensation amount four times of the present market rate with interest ete, against land measuring 967 sq.ft. of the petitioner of Khata No.27, Plot No.49 (Part), Tauzi No.5298, Thana No.54 situated within Danapur Police Station,

Patna High Court CWJC No.5969 of 2025(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 District- Patna.

And the dues amount of 20% plus other payable amount for the land acquired from the aforesaid plot measuring 1079 sq.ft. as per new Act and for grant of other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be entitled in law."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it will suffice if his fresh representation before the Respondent-Railways is/are taken to its logical conclusion.

4. In view of the limited prayer, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to file a fresh representation bringing on record all the facts and shall be submitting the same before Respondent No. 8 (The Divisional Railway Manager, D.R.M. Office, East Central Railway, Danapur, Khagaul, Patna, Bihar) within a period of four weeks from today, who shall be taking up the matter and disposed it of in next six months.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
