Petitioner seeks bail in Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.329 of 2018 Special (POCSO) Case No.84 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376, 511 Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner after entering into the house of the informant attempted to commit illegal act with the daughter of the informant. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2018 having clean antecedents.
