====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 24-04-2025 Heard Learned Counsel for the petitioner, Learned Counsel for the State and Learned Counsel for the Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC).

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- "(I). To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to publish the result of the petitioner as successful candidate for the post of Junior engineer(electrical) in pursuant to the advertisement No. 01/2019 of junior engineer (Civil/Mechanical/electrical) who have possess requisite qualification for the post. (II). Also for commanding the respondent to ensure the joining of the petitioner in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6209 of 2025(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 department concern after publication of result and pay all consequential benefits to the petitioner."

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that for consideration of his claim, he has already filed representation before the Secretary, Bihar Technical Service Commission (respondent No.3) on 23.12.2024 vide Annexure-12 of the writ petition, but no decision has been taken place on his representation.

4. Counsel for the B.T.S.C. submits that time may be fixed for disposal of the representation filed by the petitioner.

5. As such, in the light of the submissions made, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off directing the Secretary, Bihar Technical Service Commission (respondent No.3) to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation, which has already filed by the petitioner, within 90 days from the date of production of this order.
