2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 86 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 118(2), 309(6), 351(2) of the BNS. .

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 30.07.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 44998 of 2025 which reads as follows:- Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 86 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 118(2), 309(6), 351(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, two named persons including the petitioner have committed robbery by stabbing the victim.

4. The petitioner has been named in the FIR and the knife and the bike used in the crime have been recovered from the petitioner.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 2.4.2025.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner gives a bald statement that there is no progress in the trial.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to review my earlier order. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
