The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 506, 509, 354B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POSCO Act. There is allegation against the petitioner that he used to taunting with filthy indication to the informant while she used to go for tuition. It appears that the informant in her restatement and the witnesses have supported the allegation and the police has submitted the charge-sheet against the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. According his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Hathwa Town P.S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19968 of 2019(3) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 No. 195 of 2017, G.R. No. 4902 of 2017 from the court of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-1, Gopalganj.
