The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.374 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner who has clean antecedent, has been named by the police on secret information, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise Act), Begusarai in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22590 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.374 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner will visit Teghra Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
