The petitioner seeks bail in GRP (Rail) Bhagalpur Police Station Case No 225 of 2018 registered under Sections 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The petitioner was found carrying 100 pouches, each containing 200 ml country made liquor in two bags and she was apprehended on the platform and for that, she is in custody since 17.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II -cum- Special
