2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 873 of 2023 arising out of Phulwaria (Sripur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 314 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 323, 324, 307, 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are assailants of the deceased and altogether seven injuries have been found on the dead body of the victim. The petitioners are in jail since
