The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No.261 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.01.2019. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was among the person looted Rs.5,000/- from the cash box of the informant. He further submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner to connect the petitioner for commission of crime and petitioner was apprehended on the basis of confessional statement of co-

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was not named in the F.I.R., the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018.
