The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 323, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of lathi and due to which he sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23326 of 2023(2) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-Ist, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 02 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
