JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 02.03.2020, issued in Bhashkar newspaper, whereby and whereunder the Circle Officer, East Block, Purnea, has directed for demolition of the house of the petitioner constructed on government land, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the Circle Officer, East Block, Purnea shall only remove the structure in question after taking recourse to the due process of law. It is directed accordingly.
