JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 406, 471, 420 and 419 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant purchased two katha of land bearing Khata No.53, Plot no. 435 from one Praveena Khatoon, though, the petitioner was one of the mediator. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the land has been transferred by Praveena Khatoon and the petitioner is neither the identifier nor the vendor of the informant and this fact has not been controverted by the learned counsel for the informant. Moreover, the petitioner filed Complaint Case No. 629 of 2014 on 15.07.2014 against the informant and thereafter the present FIR was registered on 23.07.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.149 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the petitioner got the same land transferred to different persons but no case has been lodged by other persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case Nop. 183 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
