Ten litres of country made wine as well as apparatus for preparation of the same were recovered from the house belonging to petitioner as well as his mother Samudri Devi as is evident from the written report submitted by the informant, ASI of Rupauli PS and for that petitioner is under custody since 05.06.2016 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para-3 thereof. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Ranjit Kumar @ Ranjit Kumar Gupta is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri L.B. Paswan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-Purnea in connection with Rupauli PS Case No. 110 of 2016.
