The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonepur Rail P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.
FIR of instant case was registered on the basis of self statement of the SHO Rail P.S. Sonpur alleging that he has received confidential information that this petitioner who has been named in previous cases was seen in Parmanandpur Railway Station. Police reached and apprehended the petitioner with a trolley bag which is said to be stolen. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that no any complaint was ever made about the theft of the aforesaid trolley bag. Petitioner has been made accused only because other cases
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73090 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 are pending against him.
Petitioner is in custody since 6.9.2018.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.(Railway), Sonepur (Saran) in connection with Sonepur Rail P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
