Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 28.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1067/ 2021.

The trial court report reveals that till date only one witness out of six witnesses has been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
