Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State. 2.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 186 of 2022 registered under Sections 323, 326, 354(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28807 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 this Court vide order dated 14.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25249 of 2023.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 186 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
