JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video Conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID-19 Pandemic. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The present petition has been filed to modify the order dated 06.03.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 72293 of 2019 to the extent that the name and description of the learned court below mentioned therein be corrected and accordingly, the time period granted to the petitioner to surrender, be extended. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the averments made in the present petition, it is directed that the description of the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22247 of 2020(2) dt.24-09-2020 2/2 which has been incorrectly mentioned as "to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 6th, Bettiah, West Champaran" be read as "to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Bettiah, West Champaran".

It is further directed that the time granted to the petitioner to surrender shall stand extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

The order dated 06.03.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 72293 of 2019 stands modified to the aforesaid extent. The petition stands disposed off.
