There happens to be specific assertion in the written report that the victim Sandhya Devi @ Priya aged about 20 years, a married one had eloped with the petitioner. Annexure-2 is the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. whereunder, she has categorically stated that they both have committed mistake.

As such, petitioner, Manish Kumar @ Bikram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur PS Case No. 156/2016.
