The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019 dated 21.12.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 341, 323, 504, 324 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from the FIR itself it would appear that the dispute began over family dispute and also for the priesthood. When the father of the petitioner tried to intervene in between the fight, the petitioner is said to have opened fire from his country made weapon injuring the informant. There is no injury report on record which

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25937 of 2020(2) dt.12-10-2020 2/2 has been stated in paragraph-8 of the bail petition. It has also been submitted that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2019. Considering the aforestated facts the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019.
