The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
FIR has been lodged against unknown for the occurrence of murder.
It is submitted that name of petitioner figured in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ajit Kkumar. Similarly situated coaccused have been granted bail by different Benches of this court. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22757 of 2022(2) dt.06-09-2022 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 244 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
