The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the perusal of the FIR, it appears that petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has been named only in the further statement of the informant. The material against the petitioner is that he was last seen with the deceased and after the dead body was recovered, the petitioner absconded himself for some time. There is no eye witness to the occurrence. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20321 of 2019(3) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Kishanganj in connection with Terhagachh P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017.
