The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in connection Kankarbagh PS case no. 669 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498(A)/307/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner no. 1 is the mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is the bhaisur of the informant, however, now the case has been compromised between the parties and a joint petition under Section 13 (B) of Hindu

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8831 of 2017 (2) dt.03-03-2017 2/2 Marriage Act is also going to be filed before the Family Court, Patna for divorce on mutual consent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides. In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, abovenamed surrender before the court below for regular bail along with a copy of petition under Section 13 (B) of Hindu Marriage Act and the court being satisfied, release the petitioners on bail on his own satisfaction otherwise, pass appropriate order on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With these observations, this bail application is disposed of.
