Petitioner seeks bail in Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No.123 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol and five cartridges have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
