This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Samho P.S. Case No.01 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 80(2), 238 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is the cousin father-in-law of the deceased. He is in custody since 14.01.2025. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21227 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai / concerned Court below, in connection with Samho P.S. Case No.01 of 2025.
