Heard the parties.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188 of I.P.C, 45(i) (xii)/46(viii) Prisoner Act and Section 20/22 of the N.D.P.S.Act. Few small packets of Ganja and one Chilam was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since more than a year. The recovered quantity was small quantity. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent under the N.D.P.S.Act Considering the submission aforesaid, let the

No.21715 of 2020(2) dt.06-07-2020 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Thawe Police Station Case No.15 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court.
