06-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner applied online for mutation of a land on the basis of forged and fabricated sale-deed, which was never executed in favour of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has never applied online for mutation of said land or any other land and has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies and as such, no offence, as alleged in the F.I.R., is made out against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22840 of 2022(2) dt.06-09-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 274 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
