This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 366A and 363 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant's daughter has been kidnapped for the purpose of marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2016. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner and there is no allegation of tampering of the witness alleged against the petitioner. No allegation of physical assault or physical abuse is alleged against the petitioner. The occurrence is said to have taken place due to land dispute. The victim has already been recovered on the third day of the alleged occurrence. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the First Information Report.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Gopalganj.
