2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 550 of 2023 for the offence registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code subsequently section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added lodged on 04.11.2023 by the informant, Ritesh Yadav.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that after loading biscuits in the pick up van as they moved from Bhagalpur to Bounsi and reached the area under Rajoun Police Station, at around 4:30 A.M., the accused persons overtook the vehicle, intercepted and after abusing him, snatched the mobile phone, the biscuits as also the sound system beside Rs. 1,000/-. As the accused were talking about one Sintu Kumar, the F.I.R.

4. As the accused persons were calling another accused, Sintu Kumar on the basis of the said, the police picked up the accused, Sintu Kumar and he confessed to the occurrence and named this petitioner as an associate.
5. The kind of allegation that has come against the petitioner as confessed by the main accused, Sintu Kumar, it would be appropriate that he seeks bail.
6. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Neha/- U T
