2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 21.07.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24693 of 2016.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner-informant submits that the opposite party no. 2 is violating the terms and conditions of the bail order of this Court and is misusing the privilege of bail for negotiation and compromise.
4. This Court, however, takes note that apart from informing the Officer Incharge, Alamganj Police Station, Patna City, no concrete action has been taken on behalf of the petitioner.

5. In absence of any specific details with regard to the manner in which the opposite party no. 2 is said to have violated the terms and conditions of the bail order having been given in the present petition, this Court is not satisfied that a case for cancellation of bail of opposite party no. 2 has been made out. The present petition is accordingly disposed of.
