2. The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2016 in connection with G.R.P. Patna Junction P.S. Case No. 254 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely for the reason that she has been implicated in other cases earlier, in all of which she has been granted bail. In any event only a PAN card in the name of one Roshan Gupta and a sum of Rs. 110/- was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Railway, Patna in connection with G.R.P.
