JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2018 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing the instant application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner realized that against the order dated 26.11.2016 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in Trial No. 1795 of 2016 arising out of Chiraiya P.S.Case No. 118 of 2016 an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure would not be maintainable.
In view of the submission made above, the application is dismissed as not maintainable.
