JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-03-2016 Writ application stands disposed off with a direction upon the Chairman, Bihar School Examination Board that steps have to be taken for constitution of a regular managing committee, since the ad hoc committee cannot subsist indefinitely. The last of the ad hoc committee, which was constituted as per the counter affidavit of the respondent-Examination Board is dated 18.12.2014. The permanent committee will be constituted preferably within a period of three months after giving an opportunity to the contenders and claimants.
