Petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2016 in connection with Tararpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016 registered under Sections 366 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of abduction of daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has no role to play in the alleged occurrence. There was love affairs between daughter of informant with Tanweer Alam and she herself chosen to get marry with Tanweer Alam. No specific case is made out against this petitioner. Moreover the petitioner is in custody for the last two months for her no fault. 5.

Learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the facts and circumstances and nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.723 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2017 accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Bhagalpur in connection with Tararpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016/ G.R. No. 2089 of 2016.
