Petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No.691 of 2018, registered under Sections 356, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police apprehended the petitioner and his accomplice Harsh Sah and four stolen mobiles and one scooter were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Harsh @ Harsh Sah has already been granted bail vide order dated 02.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66464 of 2018. Petitioner is in jail since 04.08.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months for recovery of some stolen mobiles.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73739 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S.
