JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-08-2020 Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is typographical error in the prayer portion of the petition, instead of Barh P.S. Case No. 492 of 2019 it was wrongly typed as Barh P.S. Case No 412of 2019. The same may be read as "Barh P.S. Case No 492 of 2019".

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is in custody in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 492 of 2019 for the offence under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

It is alleged that the petitioner has looted cash and mobile from the informant on the pistol point.

In para-9 it is mentioned that the petitioner is a brilliant student and has received a award of Senior Professional by Red Cross Society, New Delhi.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.1.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.1.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 492 of 2019.
