A doctor, while was on duty, was murdered whereupon his wife Madhuri Devi instituted this case wherein named Sudhist Kumar to be an assailant.

From perusal of the case diary, it is evident that none of the prosecution witness had blamed the petitioner. However, supervision note as incorporated under Para-35, suggest his involvement and in the aforesaid background, petitioner, who was under custody in connection with earlier case having been instituted by the deceased bearing Sangrampur P. S. Case No.86 of 2016, has been remanded in the present case.

Accordingly, Raj Kishore Mahato is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53287 of 2016 (03) dt.23-02-2017 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-14, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P. S. Case No.91 of 2016.
