====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 776 of 2018 corresponding to Tr. No. 2722 of 2019 for the offence under sections 323, 324, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is husband of the complainant. He also submits that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity.

No.22571 of 2020(2) dt.04-09-2020 2/2 Considering the stand of the petitioner to maintain the complainant (wife) with full honur and dignity, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. (East), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Complaint Case No. -776 of 2018 corresponding to Tr. No. 2722 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. In the event, the petitioner neglects or torture the complainant, liberty shall be available to the court below to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
