Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within two weeks.

In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, the matter is taken up consideration.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of bail in connection with Majorganj (Suppi) P.S. Case No.370 of 2018 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27, 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. His prayer for bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33718 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by now the petitioner has remained in custody for three years and two months.

Be that as it may, considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he opened fire causing injury in the abdomen of the brother of the informant as a result of which, he died instantaneously, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The prayer for bail is rejected once again.
