1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this petitioner seeks indulgence by this Hon'ble Court for directing respondent authorities through appropriate writ/writs order/orders to quash the order of dismissal of the petitioner by the Collector Saran vide order dated 15.11.2022 for through Memo 1721 dated 16.11.2022 (contained in Annexure-2) where by the petitioner was dismissed from the post of Chowkidar."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.5189 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 submits that the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the Commissioner, Saran Division at Chapra by registered post dated 21.02.2023, which is annexed as Annexure-4, to the present writ petition, hence the same be directed to be disposed off within a stipulated time frame.

3. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Commissioner, Saran Division at Chapra to dispose off the aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner, in case the same has not already been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
