JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Heard Sri B.P. Pandey, learned senior counsel, who was assisted by Sri Pravin Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Ishak Chak P.S. Case No. 143 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 493, 494, 409, 365 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned senior counsel while pressing the petition submits that on perusal of the F.I.R. it is evident that no offence is made out. On perusal of impugned order it is evident that statement of the victim lady was recorded in which she has alleged that the petitioner had committed wrong with her after administering some intoxicant and also prepared dirty video and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44993 of 2015 (3) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 threatened her.
I have examined the materials available on record. I do not find it a case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The petition stands dismissed.
